Unfortunately I trusted you guys for my newly open cafe in Bangalore. Ordered 35 mm grass and after 3 weeks got some worst and cheap quality 10mm grass
.
Huge deference between sample and the product.. i dont have any words but for times being i can tell that its disgusting customer care and even after complaining they openly lie that we send same as sample one. I wish I would have time, than surely I would have parceled the grass back and gone to consumer cote for refund and would have not left you without taking money.
Try not to fool people please... I know you guys dont understand the please word because you just want to make money.
