★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good neighborhood park, with a skating rink, good amount of trees, and to keep you fit and increase, 2 gazebo and a lot of benches to sit. Not for playing soccer or cricket.
Timings are from morning 5 to 11 in the night. To sum up a family park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okayish neighborhood park, bt according to me it doesn't fulfil the purpose of a real park, like yes it got lot of grass, trees, benches etc, but it isn't a park for children to play, playing any gsme is not allowed here, the only game you can play here is badminton i guess. There used to be a skating ring bt even that is converted into a gym now. So it's a park not for children, but for adults to take a walk and old people to sit and relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda okay , but there are no facilities for kids to play . even the skating ground had been turned into gym area , the grass covered area is mostly out of reach for the people and the area which is reachable is mostly swampy. For the past few years the popularity of the park has been decreased from 100 to 5 .........................
Needs real work to done there is no playground for kids to play ? . .the park is under control of RWA , and maintained by FUNDS ARRANGED BY PEOPLE LIVING IN DILSHAD COLONY / NEW LIGHTS COLONY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elephant park is one of the happening place in Dilshad Colony as it is always occupied with kids . It has a Gym provided by the government. And ample space to take a walk. The only problem over here is that they do not have a guard to take care of the gym area. Children from Seemapuri has already spoiled the equipments. This needs to be taken care of by the RWA of this colony.
