★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very interesting how they operate - i approached them and they asked me to write a mail to articulate the issue, which i did - the mail was clear and it required very specific advise . After a couple of follow ups after sending the mail they finally called and asked me to come down to their office - i asked them to please let me know why I need to come down all the way and that I am willing to pay up before they put out any advise - their immediate response without even trying to explain why they want me in their office was " we are unable to explain " and asking me to get lost i.e. cutting the call unanimously ... the was awful - you don't treat your customers like that !
