They take call, hear you out and keep you on hold saying 1 min.. and then cut after sometime..do same when called repeatedly... Product may be good but face of service is like this for such a highly priced products, then it's Better to go for other brand. For same amount you can buy 2-3 grinders...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had purchased wet grinder (pride + ) in 2008. 12 long years. Absolutely no problem as yet. Noticed recently that speed had reduced. Technician, Santosh serviced it at home. Running well now. Initially, technician felt that the capacitor or some other part may need replacement but it was not required. Knowledgeable and sensitive to cost implications for a customer. Reflects well on the company and employees.
