★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome products but pathetic staff and after sales service. They are not authorised dealer as confirmed by customer care. I was cheated for chimney installation & paid extra. I had to get installation done again paying once again. Be careful.... be safe..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my worst showroom experience ever at this place!! My wife and I were looking for help to understand details about chimney so that we can decide on the model to purchase (considering there are so many models these days). The guy (don't know his name) had no respect whatsoever and was extremely rude from the very beginning. He didn't even care to explain any of the models, was sitting at his desk working on his laptop and answering our questions when we went around looking at the models. When asked about online purchase, he said don't waste my time here and go and purchase online if you want!! That's where we lost our cool and gave him a piece of his own!!
Post that, we went to the faber showroom nearby and the experience was exactly opposite!! Don't ever visit this showroom.. Sheer shame that such a brand has this kind of experience center.
In response to owner's response - Folks, please see the kind of response that the owner has given and also a number of other negative comments on the staff behaviour, which are absolutely true!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People over here are quite good, for a change with sound technical knowledge. They are educating customers on technology n thus helping to choose right model fits in your budget and dream kitchen. I am very happy with executives response.. only negative thing is they have few models available for demo... But once you learn how to choose, that shouldn't matter much.... Hit elica India and choose then place order... They take payment by cash, card and online transfer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I don't want to give even 1 star. These guys are frauds. They charged higher price and never sent in technician even after calling several times. The showroom guys promised to provide pipes etc free but later charged 2000 Rs. Even items were delivered nearly after a week. Even though they promised it next day. I believe Elica company should take note of this unprofessional customer service. And not spoil your brand's name.

Owner is cool guy and will help you to choose right product based on your budget and needs. I would recommend this shop if you are interested in buying elica products. They will also help in installation and service of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend to never buy elica gas stove. Their burner quality is not good. I have been using the stove since last 5+ years. Burner's shape changes in 2 years and facing the issue regularly since then.
