★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inquired for chimney/hob combo from this showroom. Got a quotation for 28K. Few days later, walked into the store to place an order. I was told the quotation cannot be honoured and was asked to pay 1k more initially and later settled at 500 extra. I was promised a delivery on the next day. After follow-up they attempted to deliver a used piece(may be the showroom display piece) in a damaged box. When I inquired, I was told that they opened the box for checking the items. I denied the delivery & now struggling to get a new piece/refund. Be careful with this guys.
Update: On repeated follow-up, I was given a second delivery with the display piece in a new like box with the hood having lot of scratches. When I checked the serial number on the box with the serial number in the hood they didn't match :-) I am pushing for refund now with these Fraudsters!!
