I am padmalaya working as a chemistry tutor in elite iit since 2 years. Found very good association with the team. It is the organisation which best suits to the students who are finding difficulty in their academics and also in all type of competitive exams.. I suggest students to join the institute for betterment in their studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to work in Elite as online teaching faculty . I am working for 3 hours perday and weekly four days. Here they pay salary ontime and there is increment every 6 month. Working hours are very comfortable.We can work without pressure and teach students with our own idea or experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management, pathetic. No quality teachers. I have given one star because there is no negative rating option. Every 15 days they will keep changing the lecturers. Who ever will ask less salary, they will hire immediately. They won't pay salary properly, to the lecturers won't stay Very rude and zero knowledge admin staff those ladies have studied only 8th standard and they are managing office. No hierarchy, Here the incharge or so called management people are GODs hence you can't see or reach out them. Because of this quality teachers won't stay. This is purely fraud institution. If any student joins here definitely they will have terrible future.

And my experience for both Management and Students are way beyond satisfactory. Students are well attentive and good interactive through out the class hour. Online class during this pandemic is an added advantage of this institute. The way the management handle and take care about every aspect is commendable. They make a good connection between the faculties and students.

I have worked in eliteiit jaynagar for more than 1 year, its a verygood coaching centre i have seen the trainers all are well versed in there subjects and experienced only u can go there for the admission with no doubts

I am asking for refund they are not ready to give. This was the number one fraud institute in Bangalore. So please don't waste your money and time.

But rules, regulations, salary structures must be clearly given in written form. Its more in oral form which may change anytime. Hourly rates must be increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elite IIT is just famous for name sake but there is nothing at all..... The faculty doesn't know how to solve the problems for the given solution....Even they don't know how to teach .... I suggest you all that do not waste your money behind this institute... Better you can try it somewhere else rather than paying here.... and at last they will say that they will refund but nothing we will get neither education nor money... So don't waste your money n time... It's very precious
