I have had 4 Covid +ve patients in my home for the last 1 month. While they are all in isolation, me and my brother have also not stepped out of our homes for the last 30-40 days. Getting medicines, food, and other supplies has been a real challenge. But of these medicines is the main challenge!
A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Trupti Ghagare for getting every medicine that we needed home delivered. These last few days have been extremely difficult, but with her help, we felt assured that medicines would not be an issue for us. All I did was Whatsapp and she would ensure we got medicines before the end of the day. Thank you so much Trupti, for it is this quality that I believe will help you build positive relationships and a very large business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urgently needed medicines and they took more than 7 hours to deliver it after committing to send within 3 hours. They were supposed to inform if they dont have the medicine in stock. They did not do that. They are running a medical store and this kind of delay can easily affect someone's health. I missed one dose and was forced to wait because by then it was too late to order from another store and expect them to cover up for these people's tardiness. I have read the reviews here and I get the feeling that all of them are planned and updated by the shop owners or their associates. This kind of service means they will definitely lose customers. These kind of tricks work only once. Nobody has the patience nor will take this kind of risk with health. Really disappointed.
