Work life balance is great here. Work culture is superb & job security is just like a cherry on the top. Teammates are very supportive. The management of the company is so kind, encouraging & supportive. Also ready to listen to their employees and provide the best solution/guidance to any problem. And i am so glad to worked with such professionals.
One thing I noticed here is that Ellbee actually cares about their staff and their well being.

One of the best company to work and gain exposure in all fields.Team mates and seniors are very supportive in nature, you get huge opportunities to grow. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year on the basis of performance of work.HR policy of the company is also good. HR after the interview,if selected, issue an offer letter immediately unlike other Companies where you don't get even after appointment.
I have been worked here for approx 5 years at Head Office which is located in Delhi for Hospitality Management as an Accounts Executive and started my learning from here. I really appreciate all the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped in my career, growing technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much and will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support.
