★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is such a beautiful place... When you enter the Cafe you are welcomed by the scent of freshly baked cookies and strong coffee.. The ambience is beyond words... And the portions are also huge... The soft and delectable cake is worth the mildly high price they charge... Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an overhyped and overrated place. The indoors feel they must have been amazing 50 years ago but it was so dull as of now and need an upgrade or atleast a repair. There was even the marriage party curtain in one section (see pictures), which looked extremely stupid. The dessert options were very limited. We tried Moist Chocolate cake, Fudge brownie and Chocolate boat, the taste was decent, which is the reason I didn't give one star for this place as everything else was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the COVID times still persist, tastes of bakery and coffee hasn't changed much still the bakerfragrance mesmerize the moment you open the doors. Piano is still the same and so is its tune. Low footfalls but memory refreshed.

I found the food delicious especially the Lasagne we ordered. The other two items, burger and pizza were above average but not that great, in relation to the price charged.
One of the fruit drinks we returned for being very sour. Service wasn’t up to the mark, even then we were charged 10% service charge with no questions asked. Not fair in terms of the quantity of the food served and the price charged. If you’re looking for a value-for-money deal then please don’t consider stepping here. Feels more on the luxury spending side.
It’s good to visit it you want a warm atmosphere or want to go for coffee with your date. Certainly best for a couple to spend some valuable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elma’s bakery is a cute little bakery with beautiful interiors. One would surely enjoy the beautiful ambience that the place offers.
Only thing that bothered me was that the staff was a little too busy and not very responsive.
I had the red velvet cake here which was for 320 rupees which is really steep for a single slice and one can get an entire red velvet cake in that price but the taste was extremely good and cake was so moist. It tasted heavenly and was really good. However, i do feel that they should offer better prices.
