★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst this covid, we were quite doubtful of how would present our son a good birthday celebration. Elves and Angels team made it for us. The decor was amazing and upto the mark as per the theme given. Ambika and Vipul did great work . Their personal commitment is appreciated.
I would really recommend the event organizers as they take care of end to end details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been cheated by Ambika ji from Elves and Angels. She had made lot of commitments but none was delivered.
Lot of disconnects as below :
1) Pinata as promised was not there
2) 1 helper throught the party to handle pinata and give boarding pass was not there
3) Boarding pass was not designed as per the idea of writing a wish.
4) Basket was not kept where people can put the boarding pass
5) Return gift bag tags were not there as promised
6) Cutouts of plane etc was supposed to be put on the entry gate but it was made just out of balloons
7) Apart from an avg aeroplane wing no decoration was done on the cake table (like bunting etc)
8) Photobooth were one can put his face on a pilot cutout etc was not there as promised
9) Welcome board was supposed to have suitcase etc but nothing was there
10) No creative inputs came from Ambika on the designs and the content was also not properly proof read in terms of English
11) No designs were shared on time as per the commitment
12) The return gift bags were oversized and not as per the dimensions of gift shared with Ambika.
13) Whatever last minute suggestion which vipul had shared like putting ballons on the side of cake table and few other were also not implemented
When we had hired Elves and Angels, we hired with lots of hope. Had paid 50perc advance payment without any second thought but I believe that was the biggest mistake on our part We had put trust in you guys for our son's birthday but highly disappointed to see the disinterested efforts put in by your team for our event.
Apart from the above lapses the conduct of Ms Ambika ji was not professional.
1) The commitments of sharing the designs were not met as per timeline
2) It was very difficult to communicate with Ambika ji and had to literally wait like anything to get few min of her time
3) There was huge communication gap between Ambika ji, Vipul and their design team
4) No proper planning and communication was done for our party

I got to choose the balloon colours I wanted with the help and advice of team elves and angels. I would highly recommend there services and we will definitely be using elves and angels party planners for future events.
