Compound is good cleanness is good roads are deserted after dark avoid going out after dark Maintenance is real bad #Emaar should work on that.
You wont be happy with the management services at all need a Good management.

emaar gurgaon greens is located on the state highway-15A. the state highway after 300-400m intersects at dwarka expressway. also, on the other side a 75m road intersects with state highway connecting from delhi via najafgarh drain. further, the state highway connects directly to hero honda chowk via sector-10 and ujwal bhardwaj chowk. in walking distance two commercials are being build i.e. satya the hive and jms marine square.(look in the map). the society contains 8* acres of green space. more importantly, there are only 2 apartments per floor. which gives immense cross ventilation. *- claimed by the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice property with all the basic amenities and nice aura atleast in the midst of so congested city, Gurugram. Although the roads in Gurugram are not at all good, but property is good atleast for middle class people.
