★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emaar sales people are cheaters..They do not provide what they committe at the time of booking..Get everything written on the paper at the time of deal...Employees play blame game..Customer care is just to collect the payment..they will remind you about the payments, but if u raise any issue, they will say they can not do anything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having booked the flat and making agreement, they don't even bother to provide the details of the property wanted for apply for bank loan even after making hundred calls and mails. Fed up with Mohali office people called their Gurgao headquarters. Waiting for the response. Further to this after having almost full payment, they delay taking the last 5% full and final payment and delay in handing over the flat as promised. It's already late by 2 months. They had shown us the complete flat. Only white wash ans certain repairs etc were required. They are not responding to the calls properly now. Bad experience

They took more than 12 years to give possession of a flat for which payments were made in first three years of construction at emaar emerald estate gurugram.There promise you the sky and dump u in a muddy ditch.Please be careful in investing your hard earned money
