if you have any queries you need to write email as they dont respond on phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello readers, I haven given 4 star rating for the following reasons:
1) The staff is good and helpful
2) They don’t have any landline number to speak to a live person. So all the inquiries are made via email only. When you send email, they will respond you maximum 2 times then they will stop replying you on email as well.
3) If your email is not responded then the only option where you can clear your questions/doubts is via a friend/person who had experience with the embassy. Luckily I happened to have direct contact of the person who is responsible for the visas.
4) After submission of documents (sometimes they don’t receive documents at all, they get satisfied with the documents we had uploaded on their website), it takes 24 hours for the visa to be stamped on the passport. Although their website says 48 hours. They will give you a challan you’ll have to deposit visa fees in the nearby Kotak Mahindra bank which is just 100 yards away.
5) The security is very strict out there. The guard allows only one person at a time inside the embassy rest will have to wait outside until the guard calls.
6) I didn’t have any issues apart from this and had a good experience with them. The passport was ready within 24 hours and all went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try not to leave negative reviews, but this has to be heard. I wish no one ever has to go through the terrible experience I went through. I spent over 4 months and a lot of money on my visa and I didn't even get it in the end. I live in another city and I had to travel 2000 km twice, once to make a request, and the second time to attend an interview. They wouldn't provide me with a reason as to why my visa wasn't accepted and asked me to visit the embassy to find out.
It's impossible to reach them by email and the phone number provided doesn't take calls. The only positive about my whole experience was my interaction with the consular officer, he seemed to be a nice person.
I really hope they learn how to be more considerate with people and respect people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best embassies in India. For visa I had applied through their official website. And after submitting the soft copy of the documents, they asked me to pay the visa fees within hours. This is the best part. They will only ask for visa fees if they allow the visa otherwise they will not.
As I had applied from Kolkata so I had to take the help of a travel agent who can submit the passport and documents on behalf of me in Delhi. It was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can not reach to them...their phone is on ivr in this pandemic. Officials working there are very rough and behaving as if only they are concerned about pandemic. Instead of creating virtual meeting they are expecting physical interaction. Huge miss communication between staff and counselor.
