★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing here an honest opinion:
Pros:-
1. Good quality material used
2. Project delivered within desirable(exceeded by 5-6 months) timeline
Cons:
1. Whatever the MRP, they will offer, add minimum of 2.8 lakhs above that excluding registry. Alone for electricity line they charge approximately 1.2 lakhs.
2. Cost cutting with fittings, like they will not fit door handles or stoppers.
3. They don't have enough electricity loads(for now) to start lifts, specially in some of the low floor wings(not all).
4. There is ditch in backside of society, which might be the source dengue mosquitos in future. View is pretty much clear from A,B and C wings
Note to builder:- At least deliver keys to house owners with key chains, not winded up in electricity wire. Its their dream purchase, make them feel good.

In the name of so called luxury you will get only security team that too for getting snakes out of the society. Yes we have snake in society too. Pet mosquitos b hain cause basement is full of water no drainage facility.
Just avoid such places to invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not safe for anyone . Full of cracks including the beam of the flats. You never know when it will fall. I am worried , also zero maintenance, zero safety, zero workmanship, where people drive our kids play, so again safety and zero amenities. Absolute failure. Sooner the residents will take actions against same.

And more over you will get maintenance work slower than SBI Counters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to buy/rent a flat here, please go through the below points not the fake paid 4 stars review. With so many expectations, things could have been much better.
A) Open sewage septic pond breeding house for mosquitoes and all types of insects. This will be a major serious concern for you always. God only knows how local administration is still in cognizant about this major public issue.
B) For entire day and night, you will only hear drilling or some hammering noise-which will mess up your WFH and peace of life. You will feel that you are residing in a sheet metal factory.
C) Not a single shop for daily needs within the society.
D) Basement parking not ready yet and open parking space is already choked.
E) Major Civil design flaws, no inclination or slope for water to drain.
F) Water Outlet and Electric Socket are miles apart in washing area. Shows lack of common sense while designing the layouts.
G) Only glass sliders with no air passage or ventilation for cost cutting. Even the fitting is not proper leaving space for dust, water, air and insects.
H) Main road for the society could have been better.
I) Green Cover in and around the society could have been developed in a better way just to keep things clean and minimizing the pollution, dust and noise.
J) Frequent Power Cuts and Voltage Fluctuations damaging home appliances.
K) Overhead tanks are open and uncleaned due to which at times you will have water with foul smell.
L) Quality of Construction is so amazing that you have cracks in flat walls within 2 months of possession.

I went there to watch out the 3bhk flat, in low rise building, very beautiful society, and that 3bhk was priced 70L.
Its very peaceful society with a lot of open space as well.
You must look forward to Emerald Heights if you wish to purchase good homes.
