It offers great vicinity and facilities.
As it is located near AIIMS hospital, it is very popular among the resident doctors who take property on rent.
Ample parking space, broad roads and park are the added advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good close campus for higher income group. Most if the residents are Retd Government official. Can enjoy retired life but mentally ready for bad maintainance because society is run by all senior govt officials who has not done any single work in their life by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice residential colony behind AIIMS, near Saket Nagar. It is a gated campus constructed by MP Housing Board.
There are two big parks and a beautiful temple inside the colony.
There is a clubhouse having some halls and a TT Table, but it is NOT well maintained. There's also a gym with rusty equipments.
Most of the residents are serving or former senior govt employees. This results in too much bureaucratic mindset. Many people try to obstruct the decisions of the welfare committee of the colony. As a result, no solution is implemented for the problems in the colony.
Also, many residents have no parking sense. They park cars haphazardly on the road, obstructing vehicular movement.
Having said that, it is a good posh colony to live in.
