β β β β β Mr Nishant Sirohi who is the owner of this company is a fraud man. I booked two properties with him for Trishara Our Homes 3 and paid 5% booking amount. when i meet him in his office he was very decent but true colors come later when he didnt kept his promise. He gave me in writing if in case bank loan will not happen , he will return my money. Now he is not even listening and harrasing & Threating me day and night. I have filed two FIR against this person for fraud and threat. Please please guys save ur time and money. HE IS A BIG TIME FRAUD AND I WILL EXPOSE HIM

β β β β β With the response Nishant has shared it is now quite evident that when u didnt get anything to save urself you are quetioning the dignity of a women by using lame statements " Advantage of being a women". This is an offence of using such a derogatory statements for any women. Let me clear FIR has not been closed and if needeed this will go to the court for justice. I will make sure your company will not make suffer the family like me whose hardearned money you have stolen and enjoying life that too in pandamic.

β β β β β Worst company never deal with them specially ( Mr Nishat ) I given then my harden money on nishant faith for booking amount of flat (50k) it's almost completed 3 years still I m following he returns only 30k till now every time he gives a new excuse .
