Other companies like PNB metlife, HDFC ergo and other life insurance companies are also situated on this building. Has own parking area. And lifts work properly with some exceptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A building situated at the prime location near guru Nanak mission chowk easy access to the local transportation but Parking is a major concern here many offices are here but according to need parking is not available
The lift is also many time occupied and very long waiting time to board
The passport sees Kendra at ground floor cause more inconvenience to go upstairs at the path is occupied by the people who are waiting for their turn for passports
