★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a current resident at Emirus. The apartment may look like a premium property, but Emirus lacks even basic amenities, such a consistent water supply. Truly disappointed with how resources are being managed at Emirus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor sales team. They are not taking necessary safety procedures. We were stuck in their elevator and they could not open it for 25mins. All emergency exits were blocked. and after all this, it was like they didnt even care. pathetic. they will fail a fire safety audit. Also, the building already has leakages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfull apartments in Emirus. But the price is also compatible to luxury. Between 2 to 4 Crores for an apartment. Multiple elevators at different levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ his building is not worth giving single star. Just don't look at entrance lobby and buy the flat. There is no swimming pool outlet. Even though swimming pool are not in operation due to Covid take look at the wonderful maintenance. As the rain water and construction waste (the builder is constricting since 2013 till date) fills the swimming pool and no way out for logged water. Stagnant water gives rise to misquotes and many diseases and builder is least bothered.
