β β β β β I have had a very good experience at emkay diagnostics. The reception staff and technical staff are very well versed . They have one of the best CT scan And MRI machines. They maintained punctual reporting time and most importantly they have a panel of radiologist whom we can speak up and understand the reports . I would recommend this to you all. Our experience was pretty good in this laboratory.
We contacted by phone to this laboratory and fixed our appointment for HRCT scan and some other blood tests.
Online billing was processed in advance and we fixed our appointment for a time slot.
One thing was questionable is they billed from their shastri nagar lab and sent us for all testings to their c-scheme branch.
We got the reports in the committed time which was after 4 hours from the testing.
Cleanliness and social distancing was duly maintained and we respect that.
People are guided to wear PPE kit for hrct scan which I suggest to purchase from any medical store outisde.
Because they charge 1000 rs for PpE kit and it's easily available at medical store for 400-500 max.
