★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now listen to me carefully this is a full review this place has a swimming pool and area for playing it also has a gym . It also has a parking structure. The flats are 3 or 2 BHK and also has a management committee. Down side is the flats are expensive around 4 crore or something.the garden is not well maintained as something's are found to be broken which is dangerous causing harm to others.there is sitting area and other things. I would suggest to take home here or somewhere else.there are lots of things nearby like shops, eateries and coaching classes.it has a good cleaning crew and hall for parties and wedding and other programs.thats it then. (Edit: the hall was bought by beautiful and now it is a place for shopping)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good society in kharghar. Flats are very spacious. Even the bathroom is much bigger as compared to others . Have all the amenities here like gym small park on podium, volleyball court etc . I haven't seen any other building like this in whole Mumbai. It's the best . Only One thing is missing i.e a community hall for the residents for b'day parties etc though they have a commercial one on ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best planed apartments in Kharghar. The unit sizes are spacious with Dry balcony and larger balconies for bed rooms. Has ample parking but few resident have more than one car and that is creating problem for them. Otherwise no problem for parking. Swimming pool and Gym is maintained. No society hall but the Tennis court is sometime used as function area. Lots of Patel's in the society. The flats are expensive than the other buildings in the vicinity. But most of the flats have been modified and interior has been finished. I am a proud resident so you can believe on this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good big society with a pool, badminton court as well as a children play area and a functional gym. Centrally located and all amenities are nearby within 5 minutes walk like ATM, Fish and vegetable market, doctor, salon, schools, etc.
