β β β β β tandoori kabab and grill chicken are must try items...we ordered chicken pakoda and mutton peper fry also taste is ok but.... don't order chicken biryani it's not good taste..

Had very bad experience in Empire Restaurant
Both food and service was pathetic. Sorry i could not get any better word than this. I know its not a good word but they do not deserve any better words than this. Its because of following reason
1. They fool customers very much : We ordered for hyd chicken gry half plate as you can see in the bill. They delivered only quarter plate.
Worst part was that gravy was sweet in taste. After complaining they replaced with quarter plate of other item which was not not up to mark
2. Food quality and taste was very bad : we order soup gravy item and salad. Soup was boiled water with some chicken + lemon. Gravy was sweet which suppose to be spicy. Waiter insisted to take salad as he said shop will not provide onions or lemon ?. We got 3-4 slices of onion cucumber and tomato ?. Tomato was on verge of spoiling and very bad in taste.
3. After complaining they try to put lame excuses which clearly indicate that they were doing it intensely : After asking about quantity another serving person said we have being served quarters plate instead of half plate but bill was showing half plate price. We already had asked to replacement and replaced dish was also quarter plate. Post complaining the waiter said its mistake and he will check. After checking he said as u took 2 dish they have put half plate price. Again when we said that it was replaced dish than also they were not ready to reduce the price.
This was most unpleasant moment in this restaurant. When asked for manager, counter person said he is not there in evening 8.
My advice will be to avoid such restaurant who try to make fool of customers.

β β β β β Just had a very bad experiance. Ordered through swiggy and after an hour they provided with food which was drowned in some unhealthy leftover oil. This was totally uneatable and we had to discard the food. It felt like we ordered from some local shop. Not having again.

β β β β β Quality of veg. fried rice was not good, you will pay 180 rs/- and what you get is just boiled sona masoori rice and vegetables they will add only for garnishing.
As a Vegetarian, I won't recommend this restaurant for Quick Bites.
Don't waste your money.
1 Plate Fried Rice, 2 Butter Naan, and Half Butter Naan will cost you around 400+ Rs/-

But Biriyani.
I hadn't expect this from a good hotel like this .
I felt like I ordered a train biriyani.
There was no taste of masalas .
Just rice boiled and added something and given.
The chicken pieces which are within it is also tasteless.
U wonder how they are selling bucket biriyani and all.
Shocked after having this biriyani.

β β β β β I have ordered grill chicken biryani with gulab jamun and gajar ka halwa,out of these three gulab jamun is ok and rest are horrible.if your are biryani lover don't waste your taste buds by tasting such a boiled rice with mirchi powder.

β β β β β This place is really nice for lunch Or dinner. Good place for families. Food and service is really nice. Quantity is worth money. Will not recommend falooda. As it tasted like medicine. Check the picture for the same. Mango ice cream was good. Black current again tasted like medicine. Food was good, but falooda and ice creams were disappointing.
