★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my husband gets a pity pension of rs. 1423/ pm out of the corpus generated by contribution from salary/employers contribution to epf. Every year the renewal certificate is to be sent through the bank stating that i am alive. Each year the renewal is not done and my husband has not recd pension since Jan 2017. The live certificate was given to the bank before 30th Nov. 2016. this has been the case last year too. Going to epfo office at this age involves an expenditure of rs.2000/ i.e. about 1.5 months pension. what to do. The bank official say that they have sent the certificate.
I am soorry as to how this org. got gold medal for e-governance.

They not know how to communicate with people. Worst experience ever in govt office.
The person who is sitting on the entry gate(just aside of customer service) and doing register entry in office have no ethicates how to talk with people's.

I visited pf office an number of time..... Submit form for correction 2 /3 times but they are not taking it seriously...recently I submit application in January 2020 and it is still pending. When I call there the person talked to me in a rude way... He said
YHAN AAKR PTA KAR LO... JYADA JALDI HAI TO NI TO AARAAM KRO HO JAEGA JAB HONA HOGA ... What will I do now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever i had in meerut PF office..... If we submit any documents in front office better be ready to go again in the office minimum 5 times to enquire about the correction. And sometimes we need to submit the same documents again and again because the staff who work there are so careless. After one month when i reached there they don't have any idea about the documents that I've submitted before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst office, experienced below problems with their office:
1. Hard to get their phone numbers.
2. No response on mail, perhaps they don’t see even mails.
3. If you visit them, the will not allow you to meet any concerned and will just give some time to contact.
4. If you submit or handover reply thru letter they will not acknowledge you copy.
5. Every time their excuse is CORONA.
If any one knows some officials name or contact number share here for others help.
My case is about 2 years old but not yet PF pension started.
