★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTAL FRAUD!!!!! This organization is total fraud. Delhi PF HO is not approving my reconciliation and my money is with them from more than two years. Every time they send a same resolution on my grievance from last two years. I am still waiting my hard earned money to get transferred to my account. Transfer it immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guards of EPFO office Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi are sandwiched between public and EPFO officials. Public is not permitted to go inside for any enquiry from EPFO officials as security guards have been instructed to ask public to visit Dwarka Sec 23 EPFO office for queries. As per guards the EPFO office enquiry has been shifted to Sec 23 Dwarka since this Bhikaji Cama office is being renovated.
Two Feedback for EPFO
#01) Such information must be updated on their website to avoid inconvenience to public
#02). Why can't EPFO introduce On Line Enquiry through out India and issue Ticket Number. The individual can mention Ticket Number in subject of email and write their query. EPFO officials them reply back to the Query to individual. This will ease the system and there will be no rush at EPFO office and the system will be digital.
Right now strangely EPFO send sms intimating Rejection of EPFO with some objections however it does not mention what corrective action needs to be taken for raised objection so that EPFO amounts can be quickly transferred to individual bank account.
I hope senior EPFO officials may please take note of above feed back and start on Line query system as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst scheme provided by government. Government employees like using robot to work. They didn't picking up phone.... Everytime getting multiple reason. That's why Indian government is so many step back than other countries government. Hats off your unsatisfied services. We totally regret to have a pf account.

Can't speak to anyone apart from security and they will only tell u to visit either shahdra, dwarka, gurgaon Or wazir pur branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on previous experiences posted by individuals who have used this office services, today I had visited the EPFO at Bhikaji Kama place and was highly disappointed.
This seems to be an office for the public who refuses to even let the public enter it's premises.
The 6 security guards spoke as if they knew the process inside out. If they are that efficient why don't you guys hire the security officers in your office? Also they are trained to say what they have been informed to say by the people sitting inside.
I tried submitting my request for PF withdrawal from the App called Umang. Since I was trying to withdraw a PF for an account that was created before AADHAAR was introduced, it seems that there was an issue with linking my AADHAAR to the UAN number.
The security personnel at the EPFO guided me back to my office to get my AADHAAR linked to the UAN. Firstly, they kept calling it UNA which shows how much they know about the office they are protecting. Anyways, what is the security for? Is it for COVID-19? If it is, then you have the biggest excuse for not serving the public. What are you being paid for? Sit at home and since you are a government employee I guess you will get the salary even if you sit at home doing nothing.
Anyways, I have been told by the security personnel to go back to my office and link the AADHAAR to my PF account. If I am not able to get that done I should go the Gurgaon EPFO to get that done even if my organisation's PF account is registered in DELHI.
At the end of the day an employee has to run around pillar and post just to get his/ her own hard earned money returned during this hard times.
Please refer to the pictures which the security personnel asked me to follow.
Isn't it convenient that every major information is written in HINDI because our country wants everyone to learn Hindi first (National language) and earn by interacting with the global organizations in a foreign language, English, which is not even of this country to increase and boost our economy. How hypocritic of us.

Front help desk had been closed down sometime back. For PF queries & grievances, visit to EPFO Regional Offices is more recommended.
