★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is unresponsive over call/whatsapp and grievance portal. They close off tickets without a chance to reply back. No one is helpful at KR puram office. If you have EPF problems very little can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. took my father for life certificate today (26th Nov, 2021). The security personnel (both at the gate as well as at the office) were very helpful. The process took less than 2 minutes and we were out.
