★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Th staff is helpful and specially young officers. I got my father pension issues resolved due to personal intervention by the officer despite being unknown greatful. Normal waiting time is queues to submit in your PF form. EPSO employees work as fast as they can do. And this office is saturday and Sunday closed ?.

And whenever care number is ringing no one picking the call.
