β β β β β Very poor behaviour of Staff. They don't have knowledge of PF funds of employees. Very bad experience. Don't visit. Do your work on EPF website. Don't waste your time .they don't have manners to talk. They will not allow to meet with the concern person. They Do Not co-operate with people.

β β β β β Worst experience . Not even bother to answer questions . Why government have opened office when they can't provide details from same city other offices. Please resolve my grievances which was registered one month back only.

β β β β β Very lazy and reluctant response on visit.Not resolving the querry instead directing to other branch. Enquiry desk is busy all the time not in resolving the people query but in there own work. And I don't know why they are always in high attitude as if they are on a mission of saving the earth. And why the telephone numbers provided if you don't want to receive the call.
Apart from the service they provided all thing as well maintained.
