★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a SCAM. Do not even entertain going there. I purchased something my first day, tired, in Dehli, and didn't notice that they changed the price on the receipt in rupees by hundreds of dollars. I had to take hotel security with me to get them to issue a credit. Have to admit, they are con artists of the highest order. Anything they have to sell there, one can purchase at 10% of the cost elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly this store is a scam. They impersonate government store that sells real, high quality pashmina etc, but instead they are selling cheap fakes.
Sadly me and my friends were fooled and spent quite a lot of money and only on our way back to hotel realized that we were scammed big time.
Be careful, because a lot of people will try to guide you there. This was also our case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one word for this place, SCAM. This is not a government house or factory and do not believe anyone in the area, especially the Tuk Tuk drivers.
Everyone who works for this shop will tell you any lie to get you to buy something. Avoid the sales person Khan. Once they have your money, you may or may not have to pay more money if the item is shipped, and it might not be what you bought. The authenticity of the products is also, questionable. What they show you and what they pack up for you may not be of the same quality.
If you must buy something, walk with it or walk away. And be aware that you may be premium prices for sub - standard products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband were there "Emporium Store" because our tour guide brought us there on 2/22/19. Mr Khan is the one who help us with our merchandise...we bought 2 Carpets in the amount of $3300.00 and the other one for $5631.45. Until now, it's already 4/23/19 we haven't received our merchandise which they promised it should be here in US by 3/25/19. I'm still hoping they did not scammed us like other people are saying about this store and their experience with Mr Khan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit the quality of my suit is fantastic, however, when I checked my credit card, the balance posted only a few days ago, and it was $140 higher than the quoted price (I will be disputing it with the CC company, and I just found that out). The initial fitting was on the day they said it would be, but the finak suit was delivered more than a week late. Tonight I went to get it my suit, I was pushed out as quickly as they could get rid of me, and I don't feel that any customer service was actually given.
