★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is in shambles. Most of the brands have already left the mall and moved out to other better malls. The remaining stores also seem to be closing soon. All of the stores were extremely hot as the central air conditioning doesn't seem to work any more. The bathrooms were very dirty and in dire need of repair. The whole mall seems to be falling apart with poor maintenance and little foot traffic. Do not waste your time by going to this mall. Visit other malls instead.

This extravagant mall houses international brands like Tommy Hilfiger, etc. and national brands like Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Big Bazar, Global Desi and many more. This massive mall in Nagpur also has PVR Cinemas. It is at a prime location, and thus, is easily accessible from all parts of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i visited Nagpur mall. Empress Mall is very spacious and it has all the Top Brands. But the basics amenities are not available like escalator. No shops map on the floor its difficult to find the particular Brand's outlet. Mall is not happening, the interior looks old. Overall for minimum expectations you can visit the Mall.

All kinds of stuff available in good quality and at your best price..... Kids gaming section and food court are also good here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is not cleaned in years. Even dogs were roaming. AC was not working. There were spider webs. Most shops are closed. PVR is working and is clean and cool.

Escalator not working.
In food section only one restaurant working where food is good but after taking meal we went for washing hands and water not available in basin.
Hope management will look into the matter and maintained all of things.
