★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for almost a year or tried to stay. The food is horrible and the place is infested with rats and cockroaches. There is a lot of water shortage during summer. Leakage in roof during rains. The only positive point is that the rooms are spacious and there is a guard at the gate.

Worst choice you can ever make in Bhopal is to decide to live here. Cockroaches in the rooms is a regular site. Sewage water often gets mixed with the bathroom water. No cleanliness. Drunk caretaker. Irresponsible owners. Unhygienic cooking conditions.
