This is a perfect gym for your daily work-outs. It fulfills all your fitness needs whether it be muscle building, strengthening, cardio or group exercises.
The Gym owner - Nirav Thacker is the nicest person I have ever interact with. He's not only a good trainer, but also a specialized nutritionist, who knows the food science really well. He has in-depth knowledge of nutrition and diet, which will surely help you to achieve your fitness goal. And last but not the least, Nirav is a true motivator for many.
I highly recommend to visit this place at least once ?

Nirav is so easy to get on with so do Hem (HG). He tailored the classes to my needs and made it a bit more fun.
Do yourself a favour, pick up the phone and book your first session with NT. You will not regret it.
