★ ★ ★ ★ ★ see my frnd if u r coming to work in this company let me tell u something about this firm , they are gonna hire you under contractors it means there is no chance of implementation in ur career for future you will get same amount of salary every month but second phase is u can get experienced ur self and can add this to ur resume .
My opinion is go search for the companies which hires candidates for permanent in which u can have a chance of getting permanent role in ur future for better financial status , thank you best of luck for ur future ?

They treat like helper before joining so think about after joining what happen, i just say don't join this company in trainee (onroll असेल तर करू शकता) but without onroll don't join . Basically Rathod sir is vary bad people hi think i am the ower of this company.
