★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Machine Quality is also very poor.i am having 160 ton cnc bending Machine. Inspite of having in warranty period we have paid 3 times money for gasket seals . Now almost after 4 year machine is in breakdown and they have given Quotation of around 4 lacs. In last 4 years breakdown is almost 15 to 30 times . Machine Quality is not good and we are not satisfied with company polices and Quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my 30 years of career and heading plant for fabrications, I have never seen such a unprofessional company. They take money from you and forget. No service commitment. After taking PO and advance refuse to give material just because Rs 2000 - 3000 increase in cost of material. You are just a slave to these people after taking the machine. Quality of the machine is totally bad. Accuracy you never expect from the machine. Machine is totally a Jugad nothing more than this.
