β β β β β I will go for zero rating if I have a option. We had pathetic experience with them. Initially they agreed for 40 days for complete work done. But work was started at 40th day only by assuring that all work is going on at factory and only installation will take about a week work in home. We kept on listening by trusting them and had planned to vacate our current house by keeping extra 15 days of interior work. we had to vacate home in 15 days and no work was even started at factory. We had planned for house warming and only then in a week they started work and in hurry and only then we came to know that no work was done at factory. With partial work of just one week we did house warming by cleaning all dirt and then again they convinced us work will be done in another 5 days. We agreed and started checking everyday for progress. Even though we came and checked everyday no progress was gng, lot of fight agreements we can just hear work is gng on in factory thatβs all but we cannot see any progress. Finally since we did had to vacate our rented house as someone else was moving we moved in with partial work by spending again for cleaning and dint want any work to completed by them as we had so much fed up following up and no progress at all but they said only day u give us we will make everything remaining in factory and get it fixed. We agreed for that also and though most of work was done in factory there was lot of dust due to which our son got allergy and we all were sick and wonderful thing is they were not able to complete work again in a day . So we decided to not to continue work with them and deducted money for which they did complete work but they had argument to pay full amount even without complete work. We settled to deduct only some amount after so much arguement for which no guarantee was given for the work done. The work done is also not perfect, as 40 days work was tried to complete in 10 days. It was disgusting to deal with Mr. Deepak so called interior person who knows only to talk that they give a best quality work but u cannot see any commitment to work nor his words. Totally it was a big disaster With these ppl. Pathetic work pathetic experience patentic ppl
