★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being from Himachal we did the mistake of going to Manali in the festival season and there was so much rush here. The CM of HP had imposed a night curfew which meant that people had to be in before 10pm. Around 9:30 we went to buy alcohol from there, and had to wait a long time before our turn, and then said said that due to rush they were not taking any card payments. Literally had to run away to a different shop. However it is located at the start of the mall road. This place has ATMs nearby but there is hardly any cash there in the evening.
