★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services whether its hair or beauty treatments.Hygiene needs to improve as far as the beauty treatments are concerned. For hair cuts and hair treatments one should definitely ask for Saddam and Kunal. They are the best out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 5 years I am their regular customer, but since last few months I had faced unprofessional approach from Them,and this is continues 3rd time .Today when I am given seat and their hair cutter sumit came to me said I will have to wait as his other customer is coming for hair cut.
Last month I had been given package of 3500 for bleach facial and pedicure and menicure,but that day bleach was pending they said next time they will adjust bleach but today they said it was not bleach but hair spa pending.
3 months back I went for hair cut and shaving Mr.Ganesh had attended me after hair cutting he said sorry sir it want be possible for shaving today as we have lack of staff.
I don't understand what attitude they carry.
They are not doing any charity they charge healthy amount for all services they give,and if pay what they ask they should respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience at this salon. I went for a smoothening and came back with frizzy and dull hairs than before. They sell products during treatment and recommend you things that make no difference to your hairs like the power dose and shampoo which is sulphate free. They don't respond to you in a friendly manner and are very rude when you ask them anything. They blamed my texture of hairs after smoothening and keratin was done and my hairs looked frizzier. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here as they just want to empty your pockets without any satisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this place to anyone out there. Had a really bad experience. Staff and hair dressers are rude and they do not accept their mistakes. Last month I booked an appointment for my hair smoothening and it went so wrong that my hair was all rough and frizzy. I asked them that it is not what a smoothening looks like but the hair dresser kept on saying that it was the fault of my hair texture. After a lot of argument they finally accepted it and agreed for a Keratin Treatment. But it turns out that the keratin was of no good. It just went away in a month and now I am again with my frizzy hair. It is no value for money. During my appointment I came across 2 to 3 women visiting the salon with the similar experience they had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer at Mulund salon for years now even though I have moved from the city for mostly haircuts and hair related treatments and very satisfied. I used to get my haircut done from Saddam but now he has left the salon. Other services are also well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with haircut. Haircut has been too uneven leaving the length of 10-15 hair long.
If you'll are charging handsome amount then customers do expect good service and not a kind of service which leaves your hair look uneven.
Highly disappointed with the haircut. .
They believe in focusing on hair styling which is just temporary for few hrs rather than focusing on haircut.
The experience was too bad
Had been a regular customer from last few years but now will neither recommend nor will be visiting the salon again.
They believe in emptying ones pocket without providing satisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a regular blow dry … it is so poorly done . I dint like it at all. It dint stay even for an hour . I m sorry to say but they need to improve on such basic treatments .
