★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich used to be a good place with good service for haircuts, but now they’re more in the role of fooling customers to make more money. They charge Rs. 49 for a “PPE Kit” in the name of covid protection. The material is clearly not protective at all, and in the market these “kits” are available for 5-6 rs. But here at Enrich they make it compulsory to buy these and charge you a healthy margin on top of an already expensive haircut. Their focus is more on fooling the customers to make extra money. Rather find better alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked-in to the Sindhubhavan branch on a Monday morning 10:00 AM, and tried to get an appointment for shaving and i was told that no stylist is available until 45 minutes, i found it truly shocking and disappointing at same time as it was opening time and no services were available.
Plus, it is not the only time i have faced this problem i have had times in other enrich branches when there were no appointments for 1-2 hours but i understand some days are too busy, but shouldn’t be always.
Further, i would rather go to other salons that have better customer service and are open for walk-ins.
In my view, the worst thing enrich possesses is their rigid appointment system which doesn’t allow walk-ins even in quiet times.
I would never recommend enrich if this goes on !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Gulmohar mall enrich salon. They're very friendly and have the best technicians. Not all of enrich branches are good. This one in specific is my favourite. Vishal is a very well-trained technician and he is amazing with all hair treatments. The infrastructure is very modern and chic and I really like their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude towards the customer. They are only interested in upselling the most expensive treatment when there are cheaper options available. And when you say that you want a chapter alternative they say that the price of everything is the same. They say that there is no difference between a 25 min treatment and 90 min treatment. Extremely rude and impolite in communicating with the customer.
