★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich WoodSquare is one of the best Salon in SURAT. After COVID they are taking ?% Safety Precautions. At the time of entry, sensory sanitizer are placed there for hand sanitization, check body temperature and ask for the self assessment in Arogya Setu App and provide PPE kit to wear for the services. Disinfect Door handles, chairs, all the tools before starting the service in front of me, even they are disinfecting the entire salon every hour. Following proper social distancing inside the salon, technicians wear face shield mask or goggles during services and change their hand gloves after each services. Very experienced and well trained technicians and Front Desk Team for taking all the Safety Measures in this tough COVID time. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF THIS MUCH❤️?

My mom went there for a hair cut and global coloring today evening and returned extremely disappointed!
The hair stylist who's apparently the chief hair stylist had no manners whatsoever. He wouldn't listen to what we had to say and kept giving his opinions which we never asked for! We decided not to get a haircut as we weren't sure how it would turn coz the stylist couldn't grasp what we wanted. As we were about to leave, the branch manager came and apologised and assured us that she would make sure we get what we wanted and told us to give them a chance. We agreed, even though we were sceptical about it. The haircut didn't turn out as expected and on top of that, the hair colour sucked as well! They left so many grays behind and in the front as well.
When my mom pointed it out, they apologised and said they would re-apply the colour on the areas which were left behind. Which means another 1.5 hours. Do they think we have this kind of time on hand? Especially for their deficiencies?
The reason one gets a hair colour done from a salon is to make sure that there are no grays left behind.
These people don't realise how important customer satisfaction is, especially after they spend a whopping amount of over 5k for their services.
I've had no such issue with the other branches that I've visited in Bombay and Pune. But this particular branch is a disaster!
Never going there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish google had an option to rate zero, but unfortunately I’ll have to rate it 1 star. The services are pathetic. All they wish to do is to either ask you to buy a membership or sell exorbitantly expensive products. This is the worst branch of Enrich that I have ever visited. They kept postponing my appointment even after confirming.
They could not book a single slot for my services even after me receiving a confirmation.
Further, they are not interested in attending you, all they want is to waste your time and energy and at the end I never got a haircut.
Never ever take any membership of enrich salon across any location. Complete waste of money and membership is a sham.
Will never visit any enrich salon branch ever again..!!!
Thanks a lot to this branch for opening my eyes on time and saved me from wasting more money on them..!!
