★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting since two days for a call, they said they will revert back for the appointment but haven’t done yet. Today I called again the guy said the same thing he is busy with billing and will call once free. Like why can’t you have a different person to take a booking. It’s dreadful and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic! I had specifically asked for an expert for my hair cut. They causally offered farshasa .... she didn’t know a bit of hair cut . Told her to do a bob but she couldn’t do it, from behind my hair looks so funny. Hate her for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich application “Enrich Beauty” is the most pathetic application I have ever seen. U can never see your past services nor they work instantly. It takes ages for the application to even operate.
In March I took services from Enrich worth 15000 which they guaranteed me to give points worth 7500 due to underlying offer which existed in March. That offer promised to give you points worth 1500 on purchases made worth 3000.
It’s been a month and they haven’t credited my points. Everytime you go back and ask they give a reason “its in progress”
I don’t quite believe if their IT is even competent or even the salon managers are competent enough to handle the clients queries.
Even the Cluster Head Priya Parmar is incompetent to handle the duties she is assigned where in she can’t resolve such petty issue pending since a long time.
Despite issue being escalated to her, she is inefficient in resolving this.
Highly disappointed. Leave the salon managers, you can’t expect small things from Cluster head, it’s totally worthless to be a Enrich Member who don’t even give Membership points on time. You need to beg them.

Their hair stylist Jamal is also good.
However, the services of these people cannot be trusted.
I had booked a wedding plan and discussed the services i wanted to opt for with them along with the charges, well in advance.
The manager & staff had agreed for the same but one day before my wedding, they refused to offer the services at the agreed charges.
Instead of accepting their mistake, they called me a liar and I had to go searching for a new stylist a day before my wedding.
I always looked at Enrich as a trustowrthy brand but the manager at Kandivali branch proved me wrong. They are very unprofessional and didnt seem to care that a person’s wedding was getting affected.
Not a good way to deal with customers, espcially when you agree on something and then deny your own commitments.
Not sure about other Enrich branches, but the Kandivali west branch should be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average experience. I did a hair spa and Head massage treatment. They upswell their products and services constantly to a point of annoyance. I went there to relax and came back with a headache and increased stress! Not too happy with the results of my hair spa either. Total Waste of money!
