★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the Enrich brand itself. First I had bad experience at the Vashi branch and now at the seawoods one.
Took an appointment for classic manicure and pedicure and when I reached the outlet the tell me it’s not available you can go for the premium. Why? Why would you take the appointment in the first place? Just shut down or do better with your customer service
I’m never going there again and will tell my friends and family to avoid going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this salon since the day it opened and have never faced such an issue or have been embarrassed but today when I went back after a few years faced a terrible experience with the front desk lady Sayli.
I had an appointment at 2:00pm but unfortunately couldn’t make it on time. Got three calls from the salon to be specific from two different numbers trying to cross check. Appreciate the efforts.
Rescheduled the appointment for 3:00pm and got turned down from getting the service done as their technician was busy.
The customer care booked a slot because it was empty but when I reached the salon the technician was busy.
The attendant at the front desk(saili/Sayli/Sailee) is extremely rude, not at all helpful and very very arrogant. Both the attendants in fact did not apologise for their behaviour.
Would not recommend the enrich in seawoods solely for their customer service.
Enrich is a renowned brand for years and I have been loving their services and have been using it for since I was a little kid.
Very disappointing to face something like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a task to book an appointment at the seawoods enrich. They do not pick up the phone, the mobile number given. Even if the receptionist picks up the phone, instead of answering she is busy managing other things and there i no clear communication on the phone. They need to have a dedicated staff for appointment booking. Not expected from a chain like enrich, if they want Customers to pay the charges they quote, ease of appointment booking is the first step.

My stylist, Ganesh, was extremely knowledgeable and was supportive throughout the process as this was my first time colouring my hair and naturally I was skeptical. Good service, amazing knowledge and I got information as I demanded. Thank you Enrich and Ganesh! 10000% recommended.

He is friendly and welcoming, and is very skilled at his job. I would ? recommend him, provided he isn't already booked up for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products are used for Facials and Mani-Pedi. They are professionals except few staff but once you get to know the technician or stylist and like their service then you ask for him/her on your visit to avoid any unseen experience. I did my QOD treatment few months back and the results were amazing, my hair texture was enhanced and fizzy hair were gone completely.
Prices are high but I have not found any better option yet so I highly recommend Enrich Seawoods Salon.
