★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even tho it was a complimentary haircut it was a very good experience.The enrich salon team was very helpful and friendly right from the helper to the manager .The salon has only professional stylist who are expertise in their hair styling skills ...i just loved my haircut .A suggestion plz visit the Prabhadevi outlet with an advance booking through a phone call...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The desk people are rude and don’t take responsibility of your vehicle parked outside. Salon doesn’t have a parking space. My vehicle was taken by traffic police and despite asking the desk ppl by police, they were negligent that the bike belonged to their clients and also replied the police that, even if it belonged to our client, we can’t now park it right coz the client’s waxing is going on. So egoistic people (could have taken keys from me to park my vehicle). After I went to get my vehicle back, I tried to talk to desk people and they replied, “we didn’t call the police to take ur vehicle. If they took it we are not responsible”. How rude of them. Also the professionals keep insisting for getting more services and products from them. They forced me to purchase a hair regrowth serum, despite me telling them that I won’t be having time to apply it because of busy schedule. That serum is lying as it is, My 6000 rs. gone in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average salon experience with a perpetual low energy atmosphere . While professionals are friendly I was dissatisfied with the QOD hair treatment which didn't last beyond 2 months . There was an episode where the salon had overcharged for highlights and inspite of bringing it to their notice no action was taken. Front desk professionals Khalid and Shifa could be groomed to be friendly with regular customers and members of the chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even close to bad...these guys are the worst. So after spending almost 05hours on 16 April'22, i got a weird looking hair transformation which is not even close to the picture I showed to their stylist,Bhavesh and the store manager. When i pointed it to them, the team jointly tried convincing me it's the same colour i wanted. Later, everyone agreed but the funny part is the manager told me, "it's okay, c'mon it is not the only bad thing happened to you". I mean, really? You're in the service industry and after ruining someone's service experience you're saying it's okay?!!! I am really shocked and feeling sorry about the value system the brand infused into their staffs. I visited enrich for the first time and ofcourse that is my last. P.s.: The hilarious part is after making me wait for about 30mins, they said, they are running short of the pre-lightener and sent someone to get it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. They never pick up the phone.. it's next to impossible to to book an appointment with the Prabhadevi location. Half the time they don't have. Nail technician.. so it's not possible to get a refill & you have to get a new set everytime & pay more for it. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't satisfied with my eyebrows that they have done, I tried to tell her what eyebrows shape I wanted but she didn't listen to me, she was just doing in ther own way.
The salon was dirty, the people weren't professional, I heard about enrich having a good rating but idk, I can't find a single reason to go there again. I wouldn't recommend anybody. The salon was pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloured my hair for the first time. Wanted something super blended and subtle, Neeraj guided me really well since the start and I’m super happy with my colour. Neeraj was very gentle and considerate. Always there to help and go the extra mile!? definitely recommend
