★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me an appointment at 10 am. When I reach there at 9.58 am, the shutters are down and 3 technicians waiting outside, 1 of them since 9.30 am. The executive who had the keys to the place strolls in 10 minutes later giggling at us as if we were fools to be waiting so long. She didn't even apologize. When I mentioned this to one of the waiting technicians, she yells from inside the place - Mam you come in then I'll apologize as if she's doing me a favour. How can such people exist in the service industry ?? So shocked enrich has such kind of executives!!

The staff is cordial and nice.
They are following covid protocols.
They listen to you and give suggestions too.
We have been here for hair cutting only and it's was awesome. Totally satisfied.
Little expensive but the service was great.
Would definitely visit again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very very very very expensive my 1 year baby cutting charged Rs 708/- without membership and with membership they charge around 500/- it is very hardly expensive. Hope shop owner to understand the sense what to be charged. Thanks
