★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Enrich services. Overall good experience. Service was given by Ms. Suman at Navjeevan branch. She gives brilliant facials and massages along with normal services i.e waxing, threading, etc.
Very glad to get service done by her. :)

Extremely unfair on the part of staff.
Prior to booking an appointment I confirmed on call if the medical staff discount is available (Rs 500+) and I was assurred that I will be given a proper haircut and not just a trim.
I double checked this with them.
Even at arrival I was not informed well. Just before my haircut was to start I was informed that the discount is applicable only for a round trim and no change of style would be done. Not even from the front. Just a round cut. Something that we can get done at any local place come on.
Unfortunately I ended up paying 3 times the amount I was initially told but there was no option left. I was already dressed in PPE and it was too late then.
They should have been more professional and upfront with their rates and not lie just to fool the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place on 6th March at around 7:15pm for beard trimming and the staff at desk asked me to come back at 8pm. Now when I enquired on phone if I can visit the salon to ensure the waiting time, I was bluntly told that the bookings are closed. Not at all recommended, very poor service and lacks appointment management.

I must say he has magic in his hands the way he was holding the scissor and has given my hair a new life. It's was not a haircut it was hair transformation. Guys if anyone is looking for a new look you must visit enrich Lamington road and get your service done from Devang and I am definitely going again for more services from him ❤️?
