★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there a number of times but I'll focus on just this once. I went for texture treatment.
PROS : The Stylist - Mr. Chetan. I am BEYOND impressed by his technique and service. He exactly got what I had in mind, and explained everything before starting the process(different options, their results and products which I'll need to buy). During the process he was not frugal in application of the products at all. Gave me a handful of maintenance tips and showed me the products being applied. Seemed like an expert. I had a splendid experience. But now comes the disappointing part and the reason for not giving 5 stars.
CONS : The front desk. Totally unhelpful. She didn't know that you can't just ask the customer to pay the total amount, you have to explain the breakdown. And if anyone thinks this is harsh, I contacted her several times for the same purpose. And so darn sneaky, added the membership fee without my knowledge. I knew she had added but never knew how much till I logged on to the app and saw it. The way she oversold the services. Extremely disappointing. I feel that all the amazing service done by the stylist was ruined by the front desk.
I recommend the stylist to anyone going there, you can have blind faith on him. But make sure to drill the front desk if you are not satisfied with your billing process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service for pedicure. Especially from the technician named Sachin. He showed passive aggression as I refused to take service what he suggested. (As I couldn’t afford it) He didn’t give proper service. Not worth for the money. Very bad experience.

Initially they were very polite and after a month my hair got totally burned, when i visited again to get the solution receptionist asked me to book the appointment offline and we will call you, where till now(already 6 months now) i didn't get any call or message. Not worth for the money. Very bad experience. THINK twice before go.

* The entire staff of Reflection is courteous and accommodating Vama mam ,did an amazing job on my haircut.It was exactly the way I wanted .she was awesome, polite and sweet . Highly recommended .
* Staff is good and well trained . And overall good .
