★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. We had paid for extra person for kid at the counter during checking still the lady at breakfast counter kept staring at us and later confronted us. I told her it was already paid but instead of confirming with front desk she kept insisting that its not in our package. Worst experience in service. Would recommend to stay away. While suite room is spacious the torn towels and bathroom needs serious maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambiance, tasty & quality food. I went there with 12 family members on Sunday for Breakfast buffet.
There is a live counter for egg omlet and south indian dishes.
Staff was very cooperative. Will revisit it definitely.

Rooms are specious.
Plenty of safe parking available.
Food is tasty and room service is available.
Service is worst. Poor service results in dissatisfaction inspite of all of the above.
example:
1. AC not working properly. issues in cooling throughtout the stay.
2. Servicemen are rude and unaware of the cooling issues.
3. Vents are cleaned in our presence and dirt was kept for us to clean.
4. When asked it took atleast 3-4 calls to get the service.
5. Mineral water and Water glasses not provided.
6. wifi password not shared.
7. Used bedsheets used for extra matress. when complained it was changed.
8. Overall the staff was careless.
Stay not recommended only due to POOR SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious executive room. Breakfast full of varieties that includes South Indian, Maharashtrian, Continental, etc. Dinner costs around 630 rupees but worthy. In house ordered were discounted at 15%, do ask if you didn't get it. Except Momento at first floor all other restaurants are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent hotel to stay with family. Somehow there is nothing which gives you a wow moment or feel like choosing the same hotel next time.
Non smokers, please ensure you get a non-smoking room (I am not sure whether they have that option available). During my 3 night stay, occasional cigarette smell in the room (not sure from where it came, may we through the AC vents) gives me an unpleasant headache in and out. The hotelier tried helping me with some air freshener when I complained (well i leave that gesture to your judgement).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stay. Cleanliness is good. Food also not bad. Complementary breakfast is good enough. Location is on the Hinjewadi road so anyone who are planning to stay near to office, you can opt for this option. Based on the location and current demand (which is not high in demand) the price should be reasonable. I mean the tariff should be less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic Engagement and Wedding at Enrise By Sayaji, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff and the management was beyond amazing as they were always eager to help.
Not to forget the FABULOUS FOOD. We had engagement in lawn which is very nice and wedding at banquet hall. The banquet hall quite small to accomodate 250 people but manageable.
Our guest left with happy faces to have good service and delicious food. Overall we had great event experience with Enrise By Sayaji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was very nice, loved it, the service was also good. Rooms where comfy, clean and spacious. Food was awesome, even simple things like French fries where made awesome. Reception people were polite, as a matter of fact every staff member was polite. I like that each room has a refrigerator and kettle. Tv had almost all channels. I was a little sceptical for paying over 2.5k but after my stay I will say that it was totally worth it.
The bed was huge and comfy. Enjoyed it a lot. Also the night view is awesome, was very romantic. At night we went up to the terrace, it was awesome. View was spectacular. Very much enjoyed it and did not want to leave it
