★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are very unprofessional people. yesterday I made full payment in advance as I was leaving the hotel and one of my friend was staying there. today morning 5 am when he was leaving for the airport, hotel staff stopped him and demanded for payment. he clarified that payment has done and presented a payment slip. also gave him UTR no but staff at reception did not allow him to leave the hotel. Even I spoke with staff but they reluctant. they delayed my friend to catch his. flight at morning. Highly unprofessional staff and management. it's my humble request to not to book the hotel unless you want to be humiliate. Very poor service. arrogant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we expected a variety of starters for veg and non-veg both but the food taste was not up to the mark. Even did not get the welcome drinks. and main course items were not that much satisfied.I suggest keeping good menu items which were 2 or 3 years ago. The first time was my great experience with that hope we came but this time not up to the mark. As you increased the prices also for one person 1000 + taxes please keep the food with respect to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my brother's wedding and the staff was so cooperative and so understanding. Chandan ji specially stood till 2 am and supervised everything. Even the workers were all humble and served well. Took care of us very nicely. Never ripped us off gave us very good discount on the final bill. I loved the experience.

1) Totally waste of taste, waste of money...
2) They are charging 999 for 1 person buffet
3)The food was not hot .
4)The coolness of a. C is not coming all over
the hall.
5 ) we have to waite for waiters, of we want
anything.
6) According to price the hotel was zero
ambience , food was not tasty... Lot many
things to be change.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE MONEY...
Even in small hotels they follow neatness, ambiesnce, food taste will be good....
7) AND BIG DEFECT, they say to give review
in front of them... Which is unfair..
It's a group of 5 star hotel..... But it's won't deserve it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to crash for short trips.! The Rooms are neatly maintained and the staffs are very polite and helpful. Well suited for short business trips. Extra facilities like gym, Swimming pool would have made this place even better.!!
This is located outside the ring road and and sometimes you might find it difficult to find a commute so plan your travel accordingly.
Their food is a bit costly but I find even the online option is very high in Indore. So better is having at the hotel.!!
