2. They threaten us like some another doctor prescribed us wrong medicine and we are the only solution in this planet now.
3. The behavior of receptionist is very over and scary and made us not to see the doctor.
4. She Is questioning like she is interrogating a criminal and asked why didn’t you came to us while emergency at night instead of going to emergency in hospital.
5. Will not recommend.

Genuine doctor and Charu Malhotra is a big denizen and kids of the day should learn from her how to manage things and doctor treatments. I got relaxed got comfortable.

Dr. Charu is so warm and is a perfectionist in what she does. My body has never felt so healthy and I could feel the changes in just a matter of 15 days. Dr. Malhotra’s interaction with a patient heals you in the first place. They’re so warm and genuinely understand you and prescribe you with medication accordingly. Just the right amount. The only Medical Center, taking Covid seriously..
We were not allowed in till the previous patient left.
We were properly sanitised, not just hands... Shoes and cloths...
Then we were provided with fresh surgical mask, cap and an overall to the consulting member, ensuring safe keeping of our family.
Dr. Naresh is an expert in ENT diagnosis, undoubtedly the best in Ludhiana.
Recommended for all age-group, best for the children...
