β β β β β entercoms cares a lot for employee, HR admin and management panel works hard to make it a wonderful place, i worked here for 6 months had really wonderful experience, projects here are not upto mark. Its an MNC located on 3rd and 5th floor of the NSG or CROMA building, an after sales service venture with strength of about 500 employees in Pune location

β β β β β This company is a serious threat to planet earth. The have put single use plastic bottles of packeged drinking water in their pantry, disposable 'Baliely' water bottles of 500 ml and 200 ml. For every 2 glass water drank by an employee they are throwing a plastic waste wich will stay on this planet for next thousand years.
Can't they just put 20 ltr reusable water jar and a glass with it ('Baliely' does supply those). Employees will carry their reusable bottles, Just like any other office. Why you want to show off with the packaged water? Please listen to this, cut your costs, use 20 ltr jars, stop polluting planet with plastic. You can use saved money to be shared amongst employees, or give them a treat every month.

β β β β β If u are getting into DTD project don't go for it its worst project I have ever seen it doesn't have anything to learn. work environment is just good. Salary is another worst part of it according to me personally not take this opportunity.
