★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed an order with this company and paid in advance against the proforma invoice which was raised. On getting the delivery of the products we found one item was missing and contacted the seller. We were told it will be couriered, then after a few days we were told it is not possible to courier it ( we dont know why) and then when we asked for the refund of the excess amount, we were given false promises. We followed up multiple times without him responding to messages or calls. It has been more than a month of regular follow ups (as you may be able to see with the chat screenshots) and we still haven't received any refund.
