★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of the worst company i have ever been in one of the beautiful City ,Banglore.
They only work as a broker for other companies. All Self projects are still in Pipe line from last 3-4 years.
They have financial issue with delay in salaries for 3-4 months and this Is normal practice for HR and Management .
No proper management in depositions of PF or EPF.
Role of HR is as useless as Actress in Rajnikant sir movie..
Only good thing here is Project manager is very cool and freindly and he understands your need..
If you want to destroy your career .. please go ahead..
Freshers are taking decision on salaries/Stipend(5k) of newly interns or Employee which in my opinion is disaster for Self-esteem and Sef Valuation of Technical Graduates ..
Its better to work for free in other startups that have project and sensibility to handle Employees.
If any member from managemententransys is reading this “mera PF submit kara de bhai”..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully waste company, not paid salaries from last 6 months. After asking so many times, none of the hr or account person not receiving calls. I already gave complaint in labour department not paying salaries after working. Everyone leaving after waiting for salaries for 6 months.
